Hi minna!
Genki???!!! It's been a week no see huh? Well.... should I start saying that this is my first post with Trump president of US... (so odd to even write....)... Mmmmm You know, the first time I've heard some words of his it was June of 2015... He was saying that "immigrants were the oringin of all the problems US has got"... My first opinion was "here we are again, another crazy man looking for a lil of attention and fame"... never believed it would have been the most powerful man of this earth just an year later...
Guys... I start telling I'm not american so I may be wrong, it's a personal opinion and u know it can be wrong of course... but what I think it that for me "AMERICA went back of 50 years"... Made a big mistake... His motto was "Make America great again", well... let me explain how this country is, from a foreign point of view. America is a big country, full of contraddictions but which country isnt?, but always a country that helps people full of ideas, people who made efforts to improve their conditions, a promise for a better future.
This is what Amrica was for me. And I really cant get why population of this big country could vote for a person who increases difference instead of reunion... In these dangerous times... fear maker us separate... human being tends to distance himself from what's different... it's in our DNA... science teach us this... but now more than ever staying together can help for a better world, better future. This is what I think and believe. Don't know if the President will soft his tones... but the diappointment is big! Mah! Ganbatte America! Ganbatte to all of us too!Now... I'm about to share another video of this manga! This closes the Vol. 1 but CD tracks keep following the plot till the end so we will enjoy more from them!
But from now on they will face new life, and new experiences! It's sweet in many ways!

I got that, a good friend known here (Jazz) told me the same thing... both of them were not suited to be the near pres. but I never thought that this result would happened! Maaaaaa just hope and do our best for making him do the minimun possible ahahhaha! =))

ReplyDeleteI am American, and this has been a very hard week for me and my family. As Kyle said both were not great choices, but Trump is the worst of the worst. Especially for those of us that might not fit the "make America great again" plan.. Whatever the heck that means.

Hi Lex076! I believe u when u say it was an hard week. I heard some of my relatives/friends over there and I got that situation is not so simple. Indeed I never understood that motto's meaning neither... an advertising motto... more to get votes than for other reasons... And mine is an opinion based on what I've read (papers, interviews),seen at the news... And spoken with some yaoi american friends here or fb chats. But I truly hope things will get better and smooth in the future.. (thinking positive).

ReplyDeleteI didn't like either of them and I'm an American, but let me tell you that I am not the Trump American, I am my own person whether he likes it or not. I was crushed and completely shocked that he won, but it by no means prevents me from supporting you and anyone who accepts any form of love. What makes America so great is that we are a nation of immigrants and he doesn't know the first thing about that!
Well all anyone can do in America is try to do what we can to stand up for our own beliefs and to not let anyone tell us what is "right" or wrong!
